These Terms of Service govern your rental agreement with NXL Certified Exotic Rentals. By booking or renting any vehicle from our Miami Beach fleet, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

01 Rental Requirements
To rent from NXL, you must provide the following documentation and meet all eligibility requirements:
Valid government-issued driver's license (US or international with passport)
Proof of full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles
Major credit card in the renter's name for payment and security deposit
Valid government-issued photo ID (passport required for international guests)
Clean driving record verification (we may conduct a motor vehicle record check)
All documentation must be current, valid, and match the name on the rental agreement. No exceptions.
02 Age & Driver Eligibility
All renters must be at least 25 years of age. Additional drivers must also be 25 or older and meet all rental requirements. The primary renter is responsible for all additional drivers and any violations of these terms.
Driver Restrictions: Individuals with DUI convictions, suspended licenses, or major moving violations within the past 3 years may be ineligible to rent. Final approval is at NXL's sole discretion.
03 Security Deposits
A security deposit is required for all rentals and varies by vehicle value and rental duration:
Sports cars and supercars: $2,500 - $15,000
Luxury sedans and SUVs: $1,500 - $5,000
Deposit amounts are displayed on each vehicle's detail page
The deposit is authorized (not charged) on your credit card at pickup and released within 5-7 business days after the vehicle's safe return, minus any applicable charges for damage, excess mileage, late return, or cleaning fees.
04 Mileage Policy
Daily Rentals
Daily rentals include 150 miles per 24-hour period. Additional miles are charged at $3.50 per mile.
Hourly Rentals
Hourly rentals include 25 miles per hour (minimum 2-hour booking). Excess mileage is charged at $4.00 per mile.
Weekly & Extended Rentals
Weekly rentals include 1,000 miles. Monthly rentals include 3,000 miles. Contact us for custom mileage packages on extended bookings.
05 Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement:
Racing, track events, autocross, or any competitive driving activities
Off-road driving, including beaches, dirt roads, or unpaved surfaces
Using the vehicle for commercial purposes without prior written consent
Smoking or vaping in any vehicle (minimum $500 cleaning fee applies)
Transporting illegal substances or engaging in illegal activities
Allowing unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle
Exceeding posted speed limits by more than 15 mph
Towing or pushing any other vehicle or trailer
06 Vehicle Condition & Damage
You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted. You will be charged for:
Any damage to the exterior, interior, or mechanical components
Missing or damaged keys, remotes, or accessories
Interior stains, burns, or excessive wear beyond normal use
Wheel or tire damage from curbing, potholes, or improper use
Pre-rental inspection: All vehicles are thoroughly inspected before and after each rental. Any existing damage will be documented at pickup.
07 Fuel & Maintenance
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of premium fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less than a full tank, you will be charged $8.00 per gallon plus a $50 service fee.
Fuel requirements: Use only the recommended octane fuel (91+ octane for most vehicles). Using incorrect fuel may result in mechanical damage charges.
Do not perform any maintenance or repairs on the vehicle. Contact NXL immediately if any issues arise during your rental.
08 Booking & Payment
All bookings require personal review and confirmation from the NXL team. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

50% deposit required to secure booking (non-refundable within 48 hours of pickup)
Remaining balance due at vehicle pickup
Security deposit authorized at pickup
All payments processed via secure, PCI-compliant systems
09 Cancellation & Refunds
Renter Cancellation
48+ hours before pickup: Full refund of all payments
24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund (cancellation fee applies)
Less than 24 hours: No refund (full rental amount forfeited)
No-shows: No refund and full security deposit forfeited
NXL Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or failure to meet rental requirements. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
10 Delivery & Return
Vehicle delivery is available throughout Miami Beach and surrounding areas. Delivery fees range from $75-$200 depending on location and are shown during booking.
Delivery Requirements
Renter must be present with all required documentation
Delivery location must be safe and accessible for our transport vehicle
Hotel deliveries require front desk coordination
Self-pickup available: Pick up directly from our Miami Beach location to avoid delivery fees.
11 Late Returns
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns are subject to the following fees:
Up to 2 hours late: 25% of daily rate
2-6 hours late: 50% of daily rate
More than 6 hours late: Full additional day charge
If the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours of the scheduled return time, it may be reported as stolen.
12 Insurance & Liability
Your insurance is primary. You must maintain full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles. You are responsible for all damages, regardless of fault, up to the vehicle's full replacement value.
Important: Verify with your insurance carrier that exotic/luxury vehicle rentals are covered under your policy. Some policies exclude high-value vehicles.
NXL carries comprehensive insurance, but it is secondary to your coverage. You may be held liable for deductibles, coverage gaps, and any amounts exceeding your policy limits.
13 Force Majeure
NXL is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund at our discretion.
14 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or relating to your rental agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By booking with NXL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
