03 Driver Verification & Insurance

Because our fleet includes high-value exotic vehicles, we perform additional verification before confirming any rental. This may include a driving record check, insurance policy verification, and a credit authorization hold. We share your driver information only with the third parties necessary to perform these checks — such as licensed motor vehicle record providers and your insurance carrier — and only for the purpose of confirming your eligibility to rent.

04 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. NXL does not store full credit card numbers on its servers. Payment details are transmitted directly to our processor via encrypted connections. We retain only the information needed to reference a transaction — such as the last four digits and authorization code — for our records and for any refund or dispute handling.

05 Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the limited circumstances below:

• Service providers who assist us with payment processing, identity verification, driving record checks, SMS and email delivery, hosting, and analytics
• Insurance carriers to confirm coverage or report a claim or incident involving a rental vehicle
